About Meridiana Airlines

Meridiana, formerly known as Meridiana Fly, is a privately owned Italian airline which was founded on March 29, 1963 as Alisarda and started operating in 1964. The airline operates an extensive network of scheduled charter and domestic flights to 51 destinations from its hub at the Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport. Its subsidiary, Air Italy also operates with it to several intercontinental destinations under the brand name of Meridiana. It has codeshare agreements with Air Malta, Iberia and S7 Airlines.
